As the Republic of the Marshall Islands announced its endorsement of the Fossil Fuel Treaty, Hon. Sir Molwyn Joseph, Minister of Health, Wellness & The Environment of Antigua and Barbuda, issued a clarion call for more Caribbean nations to come on board.
