Christianne Zakour is a specialist in loss and damage and climate peace and security with extensive experience campaigning on behalf of small island developing states with a grassroots focus. [Christianne is an ambassador for the Caribbean Climate Justice Project, Caribbean representative for the Loss and Damage Youth Grantmaking Council, and an environmental governance specialist with the Institute for Small Islands.] Christianne holds an MSc. in Biodiversity, Conservation, and Sustainable Development from the University of the West Indies.
