Diana Ramos-Gutierrez is an independent journalist, photographer, and audiovisual producer who has called the Island of Vieques, Puerto Rico, home for the past decade. Her work focuses on human rights. Diana collaborates with independent media in Puerto Rico and across Latin America, concentrating on community radio projects, using her passion for culture, education, and archives to foster access to information and empowerment in her community.
